OUR COMPANY

McGarry Associates was established in Bunbury, 200km south of Perth in Western Australia, in 1996 by Sean McGarry, to service the needs of the construction industry in the region.  Since that time the Company has gained a great reputation within Western Australia, other Australian States and internationally for providing Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, Contract Administration, Estimating, Scheduling as well as specialist Strategic Planning and Dispute Resolution Services.

In addition to catering for numerous local clients including; Financial Institutions, Private Investors, Government and Semi-government Organisations, the Company has secured and successfully delivered services on several major resources and infrastructure sector projects to the value of AUD $12 Billion throughout Western Australia, other Australian States and Internationally.

The types of projects we have undertaken include Schools, Hospitals, Police Stations, Power Generation, Nickel Refineries, Alumina Refineries, Mineral Sands Processing Facilities, Iron Ore Processing Plants and LNG Processing Facilities. 

In 2005, Dean Hayes became a second Director of the Company and established an office in Mandurah, which is approximately 70km south of Perth. 

In 2008, our office was established in West Perth.

The Company is looking forward to growing its impressive client base during the busy times ahead both locally and within Western Australia's booming Resources Sector and Internationally.
